Navigating the maze of health and community service offerings can be overwhelming. That's why the FCC designated 2-1-1 as the national dialing code for community information and referral.
211info is Oregon and Southwest Washington's comprehensive support hub for 2-1-1. The nonprofit 211info is built upon a 25-year history of providing people with free and easy access to the answers they need most. Last year, over 100,000 people turned to us for referrals to food, shelter, housing, foreclosure assistance, health care, and much more.
Calls are confidential, anonymous and free. Certified Information and Referral Specialists assess the situation. Then, using a locally managed database with over 4,200 programs that is continually updated with listings for community, faith-based and public programs, the 2-1-1 staff refer callers to the services that may be able to help. Telephone interpreters are available for help in more than 150 languages.

Our Mission:
To connect the people of Oregon and Southwest Washington to the community resources they need.
