Founded by Portland-area immigrants and refugees, the Center for Intercultural Organizing (formerly known as Community Language and Culture Bank) was originally established to combat widespread anti-Muslim sentiment after 9/11. Organizes and tracks community intercultural events like Bridgetown Voices.  Also lists resources for groups from Africa, Asia, Europe, Russia, Middle East, Pacific Islands.
