Community Outreach, Inc. has been fulfilling its mission of "helping people help themselves," by providing housing and wrap-around services such as homeless emergency services, crisis and referral assistance, food pantry, medical and dental clinics, alcohol and drug treatment, mental health treatment, childcare, and domestic abuse intervention. We were founded in 1971.
