The Deschutes River Conservancy (DRC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit focused on restoring streamflow and improving water quality in Oregon's Deschutes Basin.  The DRC uses a collaborative approach to reach its goals, and its Board of Directors includes representatives of all major stakeholder groups in the basin.  They have pioneered the use of strategic, large-scale water transactions to restore streamflow across Central Oregon.
