Grays Harbor County, WA+Research

Grays Harbor County is a County of Washington State, in the United States of America. As of 2000, the population was 67,194. The county seat is at Montesano, WA, and its largest city is Aberdeen, WA. The county is named after Grays Harbor, a large estuarine bay near its southwestern corner. This bay, in turn, is named after Captain Robert Gray who discovered and entered it on May 7, 1792.
