Klamath Crisis Center+description
Our Mission
To strive to ensure that every person can have the basic human right to live in safety.
Our Vision
The vision of the Klamath Crisis Center is to provide sexual assault services to survivors of past and present sexual assault and to change societal conditions that allow oppression, especially domestic and sexual violence, to exist. The Klamath Crisis Center creates social changes by providing direct services, empowering survivors through understanding, prevention education, and peer support.
The Klamath Crisis Center Staff Advocates provide outreach and comprehensive support to adult survivors of sexual molestation and sexual assault.
Advocacy services include ongoing emotional support, information and referrals, as well as accompaniment, transportation, and navigation of the legal and medical systems at the survivor's request. We have ongoing sexual assault and adult sexual abuse survivor support groups. All advocacy services are free and confidential and are open to survivors regardless of whether a crime has been reported.
