The IPP provides outpatient care to historically under-served refugees and immigrants. Mental health counselors, who speak the same languages as our patients, work with program psychiatrists to treat adults, children and adolescents, particularly those affected by trauma. The program accepts clinically appropriate patients who have mental health benefits through the Oregon Health Plan, as well as patients whose private insurance will cover services offered. Self-paying patients are also accepted. A sliding fee scale is offered. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, QMHPs, and QMHAs. Currently, the IPP staff includes counselors who speak the following languages: Amharic, Bosnian, Cambodian, Farsi, Kurdish, Lao, Mien, Russian, Oromo, Somali, Spanish, Swahili, Vietnamese. Services Offered include medication management, individual and group therapy, skills training and support, and case management
