DOJ Issues Damning Report Of NY Juvenile Centers
The report, Custody and Control: Conditions of Confinement in New York’s Juvenile Prisons for Girls, found that prison staff often used inappropriate and excessive force against girls. CSG Justice Center Launches National Reentry Resource Center

On October 1, 2009,the Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center launched the National Reentry Resource Center—an unprecedented initiative to advance the safe and successful return of individuals from correctional facilities to their communities.
